Delivery

Standard (Mainland UK) £5.00
2-3 working days using Royal Mail special delivery or DPD. Orders made before 12pm normally arrive the following day but are not guaranteed. If you would like guaranteed delivery we recommend using the EXPRESS service. 

Express (Mainland UK)

All Orders made Monday - Thursday before 4pm are tracked and will be delivered the next working day. For a specific am/pm or Saturday delivery request please call The Studio.
 
Standard for Europe £5.00
7-9 days using Royal mail special delivery. If a specific delivery is required (before a certain date or time) please call The Studio.
 
Express for Europe £25.00 
All orders made Monday - Thursday before 4pm will be sent by tracked courier service and delivered within 3 days. If a specific delivery is required (before a certain date or time) please call The Studio

Complimentary Delivery
All orders (being shipped to the UK and Europe) over £200 will receive complimentary delivery. We use a tracked courier service, orders made before 12pm will be delivered to the UK the next day and to Europe within 3 working days.
 
All deliveries require a signature so please provide us with a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery (Work address, neighbour).
All Orders placed Monday-Friday (applies to products in stock) will be shipped out the following day. Orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be sent on Monday, in the case of a UK bank holiday please be aware that orders made at the weekend will be shipped out on the next working day.
The stock shown on our website is in real-time and we always aim to deliver from stock. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.

Returns

-Our online returns policy lasts 30 days. If you exceed this limit without a refund since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
-Non-returnable items: Gift cards & Earrings
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
-Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note this can take up to 30 days to be shown in your account.

Late or missing refunds
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
-If you need to exchange an item, package and send it back to us accompanied with the completed returns form requesting your exchange. Please send back to:

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
